My father, Chuck VanNess, opened this place in 2006 with a dream and a recipe he believed in. His passion for Italian food—especially the Sicilian—set the tone for everything we do. When his health declined, I promised to take over. I didn’t have much experience, but I had heart. I kept my word. Every pizza we serve today carries a part of that promise and a piece of our family’s story.
